I entered a song on behalf of a friend, but after hearing “God of Me”, it’s easy to hear why you won!
I’ve been playing guitar in a worship band for 17 yrs now and have just started to lead worship. Oh, to have your talent…..
I’ve been writing songs for church for quite a few years now, and can see how having your expertise with computers would come in pretty handy….your songs sound great.
I found it hard to believe music isn’t your vocation at this time….from what I’ve heard, it *should* be! And I’m sure it will be soon…..

Hi John, Way to go..the way, the truth, the life…JESUS..I saw you on csn play list..I’ll cast a vote, would anyhow on the lyrics alone..If you can check out Bless Them Lord, Peace Be Still, Terror of NY. and on sc we have American Pride and a song about saving and loving our children. well so far I just listened to on song (Mirror, Mirror) Awesome some (both the new faster version and the older more reflective sounding version) As someone who is trying to recover from an eatin disorder and just starting to get into a relapse this song really hit me.

Mirror Mirror 2004. What an amazing difference.
Not so much sonically - both versions are wonderful - but the 2004 version is very hot contemporarily. Great production skills on you!
This is the type of excellent craft (uh huh, there’s a fabulous lyric sitting on a soaring melody … just like it’s supposed to) that gets forwards on Taxi listings.
